1. Does Glitz’D Boutique have a storefront? 
  • We are online based. All orders are shipped timely within 1-5 business days and in the order that they are received. Please see our shipping policy on the checkout page. 

  • We offer pickups for hair extensions orders and weekly orders. 
  • Local orders shipping arrival time is 1-2 business days. 

 

    2. Is Glitz’D Boutique’s inventory on hand?

    • All Clothing & accessories are on hand (in stock) unless title states preorder for that product which is RARE and will ship accordingly to our shipping policy. Our hair extensions are preorder and will have an automatic 3 day processing time unless otherwise specified that we are carrying on hand for certain lengths and patterns. Also processing time is faster if payment is via PayPal and DIRECT APPLE PAY to 205-604-9725. We normally announce on hand hair extensions on our social media outlets: Facebook & Instagram. So please follow our social pages.

    3. Do Glitz’D Boutique accept returns or exchanges? 

    • PLEASE READ.
      Due to Covid-19, we are not accepting returns or exchanges. No Refunds. We will honor exchanges only under VERY special circumstances and in perfect condition of same item ONLY if the item is in stock.
      Any worn or damaged items will not be accepted.
    • You may do special exchanges of merchandise within 5 business days of receipt of purchase. 
    • In the event of a returning item, customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
    • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OVER ALL ITEM DESCRIPTIONS, AS SOME ITEMS CONTAIN NO STRETCH. Descriptions are as detailed as possible. Please ask questions if you are unsure.
